Amber Sue Photography

I'm so excited to share these gorgeous shots by Amber Sue Photography! Everything she photographs is golden. Thank you Amber for including me in your AMAZING photo shoot!

This winter inspired succulent bouquet has accents of pine cones, alder cones, seeded eucalyptus, lavender, cedar and a single boldly placed lotus pod.

Vintage and loved's blog...

I am a borderline hoarder of all things vintage. Imagine how honored I am to have a boutonniere design featured in this adorable British vintage home and garden blog... Vintage and loved

Thank you for the feature!

Photo shoot in Aberdeen

I was approached by Amber of Amber Sue Photography to make a collection for a winter wedding photo shoot in South Dakota. Succulents and pine cones (rather, several different kinds of tree cones), a lotus pod, a splash of lichen, some seeded eucalyptus and hand fulls of dried lavender! More photos are coming, because the shoot hasn't even taken place yet, BUT Amber did give me a glimpse of her special powers by sharing some product shots she snapped. SO PRETTY! Of course I think so...

San Fransisco wedding

Nina found me on Etsy and we began what would turn into months of detailed flower planning and a budding friendship. These beautiful bouquets are my interpretation of Nina's vision. According to her, they were right on. :) We did a test run shipment and determined that with some special care, we could include fresh dahlias in her pieces. They shipped and made it through their wedding day beautifully. Below are a few photos from her fabulous photographer, Juliette Tinnus. Thank you so much Nina! Friends for life!

Kathryn and Micah

Through the wedding planning process I fell in love with Kathryn and her family. Kathryn and Micah were  married just a few minutes away from my home at Postelwait's Country Weddings. What a beautiful venue! Kathryn wanted something romantic and tightly structured, using white and light pink flowers. Micah is an avid outdoorsman, and it was important to reflect him in the boutonniere collection. Kathryn gave me a beautiful selection of feathers from Micah's own harvest to work with. I love how the bouts turned out! I even tucked a beautiful white feather in Kathryn's bridal bouquet. Thank you Kathryn and Micah! You two are a beautiful couple, inside and out! Thank you to Daniel Stark Photography for these beautiful photos!
